Treebo Sai Fortune Gateway

After a long journey, the smooth, quick check-in was much appreciated. From the moment I arrived at Treebo Sai Fortune Gateway, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and ready to help with a smile. My room was spotless and nicely decorated, with a cozy bed, fresh linens, and amenities that made me feel at home. Service was prompt and professional. The cleanliness, attention to detail, and care for guests exceeded my expectations. I’d recommend it to colleagues, family, and friends, and look forward to coming back.

I booked Hotel Portune Gateway for 10 days. The service from the manager was very poor, though the service boys were very nice. The AC and TV weren’t working, and when I asked the manager about it, he gave no response. I already asked to change rooms. Rooms are available, but the manager keeps saying the hotel is full. Think twice before booking, or choose somewhere else. Very bad experience.

The breakfast was the worst part. It came from a roadside stall that looked very dirty, and we were shocked by how little care seemed to be given to food hygiene. The room’s TV didn’t work either, and the manager didn’t take responsibility or properly resolve anything. The bathroom and bucket were dirty, and there was no shampoo or soap. Staff were slow and unhelpful. Our AC wasn’t working, and it took 11 calls over three hours before anyone came to fix it. The management seemed unable to run things from the start, and the service was awful. Dirty rooms, slow responses, and staff who didn’t care made this a complete disaster. Worst hotel we’ve ever been to. If cleanliness and good service matter to you, don’t stay here.

The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly, and the spacious room had crisp bed sheets and a comfortable mattress. Those details say more than just calling the staff great or the room nice.
