The staff showed no concern or response when I raised problems, and the hospitality was extremely poor. My room hadn’t been cleaned properly: the bedspread and sheets were dirty, and the washroom was unhygienic. This place falls below basic standards for cleanliness and service. Not recommended for families or professionals.

The room and bathroom were poorly maintained, and the room wasn’t the one shown in the online photos. Front office staff were unprofessional and didn’t communicate properly with guests. They didn’t provide basic items like a water bottle or dental kit, which hotels in this price range usually offer. I’d strongly suggest checking the hotel in person before booking online.

The rooms were decent, and the staff were nice and cooperative. The lift wasn’t working, but for the price, the place is still worth it.

Cockroaches were everywhere, on the floor and even on the bed, and at night there were loads of mosquitoes. The bedding was filthy and stinking, as if it hadn’t been washed in months, and fungus was growing openly on the walls. It’s disgusting, unhygienic, and feels unsafe. Staying here is a health hazard. There’s filth everywhere, and this place doesn’t deserve even 0.1 star. I can’t understand how it’s still operating or how anyone could leave a positive review unless they were paid or blind. Save your money, health, and sanity. Do NOT stay here.
