The bathroom had no handwash liquid or toilet tissue. I called to ask for both, but neither was brought. Hygiene needs work, and the service was the worst. I attached photos for reference.

The reception staff were very arrogant. Our room was spacious, and the large lobby felt welcoming, but the washrooms seemed poorly maintained and unchanged since the building was constructed. We chose breakfast, which was decent. Overall, the hospitality fell short of what we expected.

It was a good place to stay, but the intercom didn't work, so there was no way to reach reception. The reception desk needs staff who are more focused on customers.

I attended a training session at the MySpace Silver Star Hotel banquet hall in Bangalore, and the experience was average. The room was clean and spacious, and the location was convenient, though the surroundings were noisy. Staff were friendly and the service decent, but the restaurant food was only average. There were limited washrooms and the amenities were basic. It was comfortable, but nothing remarkable.
