We had to wait a long time for the room, and when we finally got in, it was dirty and smelled bad. The bed sheets were dirty too. A very poor experience. I wouldn't recommend it.

The worst place I've ever stayed. Don't go, even if they offer it for free.

Pathetic. I've never seen such low-class rooms with OYO. The experience was awful.

The hotel is right in the city center, but drainage surrounds it on all four sides. The TVs are broken and somehow show 4-5 channels at once. The flush sprays like a sprinkler. Go check it out if you have a cold, a blocked nose, and money to waste.

The receptionist was rude and careless, and there was no sign of customer service in anything he said. The rooms were very dirty, and many listed amenities weren't there, including basic things like AC and parking. The app photos looked nothing like the actual place. I doubt anyone from 'OYO' ever visited this property. I lost my full booking amount of 1100/- and got only 250/- back, the tax I'd paid earlier. I feel cheated by OYO and the property owner. It was my first OYO stay, and it'll be my last. Thanks to OYO for the great customer service 😪
