I liked the location, quick check-in, on-time service and timely reminders. The room was decent, with a bed, bathroom, luggage space, and a table and chair for working. The AC worked well, the room was cleaned on time, and the basic amenities were replenished. Tea arrived promptly, and paying online was easy. There was no view, but that didn't bother me. I had no complaints overall and would choose sanctum again on future trips to Bangalore. Thank you, team! The communication around housekeeping could be better. I told both reception and housekeeping when the room needed cleaning, but they forgot; later I returned to find it already cleaned. Reception also kept calling on the landline to ask about checkout even though I had extended my stay. They seemed absent-minded or overstressed, and I think the night reception staff could use a break from work.

The check-in went smoothly even with around 50 guests arriving at reception at once, and my guests and I were very happy with the experience at Sanctum. The rooms were clean, the food was good, and the restaurant was convenient and hygienic. The chef was courteous and agreed to include some custom items on the menu. I booked several rooms for our marriage function and chose Sanctum from three shortlisted hotels largely because of the responses from Roopesha and Vignesh and the service assurances they gave. They delivered on those promises. Thank you!

Khan and Team, perumal and team, simran and team, sona ram and jasi mam took care of us for all six days and responded quickly. Very nice atmosphere. Wishing you all the best, and hope to see you again! 💙

We went to spice cove for the buffet dinner. The atmosphere was decent and the food was average, though the vegetarian choices were great. Requested dishes took longer than usual. I'd rate it 4/10 overall and wouldn't recommend choosing this place for dinner.

Excellent service from Sona Ram, who was an all rounder. Jessy Ma'am provided extraordinary service. Thanks as well to Perusal and team in Housekeeping, Mr. Khan and team in the kitchen, and Simran and team at the Front office.
