The staff made me feel welcome, with professional, polite service and a smile whenever they helped. My room was clean, comfortable, in good condition, and I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Olive Green. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable stay with great hospitality.

The owner Akshat Jain called me himself and asked me to book offline at a higher price. I'd booked online through the platform at the listed price, and this felt extremely unprofessional and unethical. The hotel didn't cancel the confirmed booking themselves, but asked me to cancel it instead. I was arranging rooms for our wedding guests, so getting this response at the last moment was especially disappointing. Canceling confirmed online bookings to charge more offline damages customer trust and makes for a very bad experience for travelers. I wouldn't recommend this place based on how it handles bookings.

Shantanu is the caretaker here. He's good with the service, but when I asked him for the Wi-Fi password, he overlooked it or didn't respond. He came across a bit rude to me.
