Nice hotel downtown. The rest of the message is jumbled and doesn't make sense, so I can't tell what else the reviewer meant.

Rats were moving around the room, and cleanliness wasn't maintained at all. The service was very bad, and the staff didn't know how to behave with customers. My advice is not to stay here.
