There was no lift access to the first floor, and staff didn’t help with luggage. They also hadn’t supplied basic things like soap or bath towels. The washroom setup was bizarre: even the commodes seemed perched on a hill, so from the seat you could see the valley. One of the worst hotel stays I’ve had.

Hotel Hill Valley is in a central spot, close to BIEC, and the atmosphere was great. I got a solid night’s sleep, the room was spotless, and the staff were super friendly. The restaurant’s biryani was great too. I’d recommend it for a relaxed getaway or a business trip. ❤️❤️

We had a good experience at Hill Valley while in town for an exhibition. We booked four rooms, and each was comfortable for two people. The place is well located, has good ventilation, and the staff were very helpful. Thank you, Hill Valley.

The shower tap didn’t work, and room service was the worst. Staff expected two people to manage with a single towel. We booked an AC executive room but were given a non-AC executive room.

Getting to this place was easy, and we had a pretty nice stay. A big thank you to Suresh for making sure the rooms were ready on time without delays. His coordination was impeccable, and I really appreciate the support.
