The washroom wasn't clean, and the staff behaved inappropriately. The property manager didn't communicate the necessary information. At breakfast, staff kept telling me in front of other people that it was chargeable if I'd booked through an app, even though the app clearly said breakfast was complimentary. They also charged Rs 50 for a toothbrush, which is unreasonable. Hotels like Ibis don't charge for one. I'm highly dissatisfied, and I think this will be my last stay here.

If you book this hotel for 1600 rupees or less per night, the manager refuses check-in and asks you to pay an extra 12% as tax on top of 1600. He casually tells you to cancel and stay somewhere else if you aren't willing to pay the 1600. The most careless manager I've ever seen, and very money-minded.

The restaurant was good, though a little expensive. The staff were excellent, well mannered, and the room and toilet were hygienic. I found it a comfortable, clean stay for my family.
10/10
Clean, well-kept rooms, good food, and a nice location make this good value for money. Best of all, the staff are very friendly.

The staff were careless and behaved badly. I wouldn't recommend it unless you want to waste your time.
