I booked, but didn't stay because the extra charges felt like obvious cheating. Whatever you pay through goibibo or oyo, they'll ask for another 200 to 400. The desk manager was the rudest person in hospitality I've met. The room had a bed and bed bugs, and the toilet seat was only 45 degrees from the shower. The room was cringe max. Even one star is too much!

The rooms are clean and nicely furnished, though smaller than average. They feel compact and cozy, and the place seems new. Staff were polite and welcoming. There are plenty of places to eat nearby and the hotel is easy to find. After we checked out, they even called to let us know we'd left our belongings.

The reception manager treated me very badly, apparently because I booked through OYO. The manager and other staff kept sarcastically calling it an OYO room and wouldn't give me basic amenities like a bucket or towel. He told me not to switch ON the A/C because I'd paid so little through the OYO offer, and they didn't give me an A/C remote. The TV wasn't recharged either. I had to walk to reception more than thrice to get basic things. Don't expect a hot bath: I got cold water even on cold mornings, despite what they say. I paid at the hotel and was treated poorly. For safety reasons, I suggest not paying online through OYO and going to the hotel in person. They said they wouldn't accept me if I'd paid online. If you want good hospitality, TV, A/C, and hot water, choose another hotel for those basic amenities.

Avoid room no. 303. When I arrived to check in, the staff member said online payments weren't allowed and that we had to pay them directly. After we argued, he agreed and said he had been joking. The AC didn't work because the filters were blocked, the bed wasn't good, and neither the TV nor the landline worked. The ceiling fan ran at full speed and couldn't be turned down.
