The location was great, and everyone at the hotel was kind, polite, helpful, and cooperative. Special thanks to GM Michael, Amit Kumar, Ishan, and Vignesh. Vignesh put in special effort and gave great service. We had a wonderful experience and highly recommend it.

Cockroaches kept coming out, and the room air conditioners were a mess. I booked two rooms, one had an AC that didn’t work, and the other had water leaking from the head unit. Terrible stay. Don’t trust the rating, it might be false.

There’s also a Bar just below the hotel. In our suite, the phone for room service didn’t work, and there was no hot water on the first day. They fixed that after we reported it. The restaurant food was tasteless, so I’d avoid it.

The place was poorly kept, with no hot water from the taps and bad cleanliness. I’ve stayed in hotels and resorts over the last one week, and this was the only one without hot water. I wouldn’t recommend it for families.
