I paid the higher amount after arriving late at night because the manager said I wouldn't get the room otherwise. I had a confirmed 2-day OYO booking, and the price they demanded was much higher than the app showed. They promised a proper bill with the actual charges, but at checkout the manager told me to “find it online.” When I pressed for the right invoice, he got very rude and used abusive language. He said I could complain wherever I wanted and “nothing would happen.” The room condition is best left to the photos. Be aware. For your safety and peace of mind, I strongly recommend avoiding this property.

At check-in, staff asked me for extra money, saying it was GST, even though that charge wasn't mentioned when I booked through Agoda at a confirmed price. I expected the online total to include the taxes, so this felt unfair and unprofessional. It was a frustrating, disappointing experience. Please show prices transparently and include every charge upfront.

The room wasn't hygienic enough to stay in, and this was a terrible experience. I arrived with my family in the morning after paying 232 through UPI. The owner was there, saw my payment, but still refused check-in and said I had to pay another 932. The place also isn't well maintained for cleanliness.

I reached with my family at 11 PM and showed the owner my completed UPI payment of 562, but he wouldn't let us check in unless I paid another 196. I could have resisted, but didn't, and at midnight I felt helpless and paid. The owner behaved very rudely and doesn't know how to speak to people. OYO should take strong action against him.
