Hotel Eden Roc

At Hotel Eden Roc, our order took far too long to arrive, and the service delay was unacceptable. The food was disappointing for what it cost. Service and food like this reflect badly on the hotel.

I stayed for two days with my family, my sister, and my brother-in-law, in two double-bed rooms. The rooms were good, and housekeeping was very good, especially Mr Rakesh. The service overall was poor, though, and we didn’t get tea or mineral water. I had to go out and buy the water myself. Manager Mr. Biswal was very polite and nice, and he scolded the restaurant staff over their bad behavior.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and not helpful, and the customer service was extremely poor. This is a very bad hotel, and its service falls short of what I’d expect from a place like this.

A basic, clean hotel with tasty food, just a short walk from the railway station. Leave via Platform number 6 and you’ll reach it in a few steps. Check online prices before booking, since they’re lower than the direct booking rates.
