Hotel Grand central

The only real positives for me were the food and the decent location. For the price, I felt the hotel was a bit overpriced given what it offers. It's okay overall, but the room is basic, the bed isn't comfortable, the blanket quality is poor, and cleanliness could be better.

Housekeeping never came to clean the room during my stay, and some basic items, including a comb, shaving kit, and hair dryer, weren't available. The room itself was below expectations and not up to standard. My recent stay at Hotel Grand Central was very disappointing. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so the service can improve.

For under Rs 3k, I recommend this hotel, especially if you're taking a train through Bhubaneswar. You can reach the platform in about 2 minutes, and the location is just perfect for that. The staff were cordial and helpful. I ordered dinner, which was tasty and a sufficient portion, and the tariff was reasonable. My super deluxe room's size and amenities were okay for the price. There were unexpected power cuts, though, and the one just before checkout caused a lot of difficulty. The internet also wouldn't work with the voucher. I stayed one night on 23 Dec 2025. Thanks.

The staff's behavior and service are excellent, and the location works especially well for train passengers. The tea and coffee maker didn't come with a wooden stick. Please provide bathroom slippers. It might also be an option to serve breakfast in the room.
