The dining room team went above and beyond to help us with our two small daughters, and we felt comfortable and very well looked after throughout our stay at grand mumtaz. Thank you so much, Aqib and Adil, for your kindness and help at every meal. All the hotel staff were welcoming, attentive, and caring. They made our stay unforgettable and memorable, and we’d recommend every one of them.

The washrooms felt a little dated and could use an upgrade to match the rest of the property. Still, the food was good and consistent at every meal, and the warm, attentive staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. We had some confusion with the booking at first, but the front desk handled it well and clarified everything. Grand Mumtaz Gulmarg is also extremely convenient for travelers, just a 10-minute walk from the Gulmarg Gondola. Overall, we had a great stay.

The rooms are neatly kept, clean, and classically designed in Kashmiri architecture. Nazir and Tiger deserve a special mention, they’re both so friendly and good at making guests feel comfortable. The resort sits among the mountains, just 700 meters from the gondola place, which is a perfect location. One small suggestion: perhaps include a few non veg items at breakfast.

We only stayed here because our gondola experience ran late, but the food alone made it memorable. I’ve eaten at all the best places in Srinagar, and this food went beyond what I imagined. The chefs deserve all the praise. The rooms, staff, and food were all 10/10, and the management was excellent too. These people deserve more recognition.

The food had great variety and quality, and everything was well managed during our stay at Hotel Grand Mumtaz Gulmarg. The staff were polite, professional, and always willing to help, so we felt very comfortable. A fantastic experience in Gulmarg, with great hospitality and good food. I’d happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort.
