Fabhotel Dream Plaza

Literally the worst experience of my life. I’d booked one day and arrived at 11pm, only to be told by reception that all the rooms were occupied. The receptionist guided me to a different hotel in the same chain. I wanted to see the room before deciding, and the staff clearly weren’t happy about that. The washroom was wet, the room smelled bad, there were mosquitoes everywhere, and the bed cover, pillow and blanket had cigarette burn marks. It was too late for me to look for another place alone, so I considered staying. I asked them to change the bedding. At first a staff member refused, saying it had been cleaned; another eventually agreed, but had to change it three times because all their sheets were dirty. After settling in, I went out for water and was shocked to see everyone, including the receptionist who had brought me from the other fab hotel, drinking alcohol. It didn’t feel safe at all. Before checking in, I’d also spoken to a woman staying there, who said other guests kept smoking and she had to order room Freshener. Rude staff and unhygienic rooms. Do not visit this place!!!

I paid ₹1000 in advance to confirm the booking, but when I arrived, the room wasn’t available because other guests were already staying there. The owner was rude, uncooperative and behaved very unprofessionally with me.

We booked the room for a day, but it was filthy and unhygienic, and nothing like the photos online. Staff also opened our room before checkout without permission, which felt like a serious invasion of privacy. I’ve stayed in many hotels around the world, and this is the worst experience I’ve had. If you care about privacy, safety or basic cleanliness, avoid it. This was more than bad service to me, it felt negligent. I’ll report what happened to the authorities. No guest should have to deal with this.

The stay was terribly uncomfortable, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Workers smoked on the premises and stood staring toward the rooms, which made me feel unsafe. The rooms were in very poor condition: the floors weren’t cleaned properly, the bathroom constantly smelled bad, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work at all. The bed was torn, and the sheets and blankets had visible stains.
