Cockroaches were crawling all around, even in the beds. This is the worst hotel I've ever seen, worse than any public washroom. Don't book here if you love your life.

The bathroom smelled awful, the bedsheets were stained, and the room was extremely dirty. Staff were rude and no help at all. There was barely any water, no hygiene, and no professionalism. Worst hotel experience of my life, a complete waste of time and money. I would never recommend it.

The room was comfortable, with a spacious king bed room and everything working. Staff were friendly and accommodating, and room service was prompt. Check-in went smoothly. It could've been cleaner, though. There's no restaurant and outside food isn't allowed. The room service menu felt a bit overpriced, and the complimentary breakfast wasn't up to standard at all.

It's near the airport and jw marriot, which was a plus. I arrived at 12:30 am and had no other option, but the room was filthy, from the bed to the rest of the room, and the washroom pipes were leaking. The rent was expensive for what I got. No one should stay until they renovate, clean, and paint all the rooms. I'd rate it -1, not 1.
