The facilities were outdated, and many of the promised amenities weren't available. The room was dirty, the staff were rude, and service took far too long. Food quality was average for the high price. It wasn't worth the money or the rating, and I wouldn't recommend it to families.

Mr. Rajesh is a gem of a person, and the staff were polite and humble. The food was quality too. It's a great place to stay, and I'll definitely visit again.

I went to rass mahal with my family, and we had a good time. The food was really good, and the staff were helpful and polite. I'd happily visit again and highly recommend it if you're in jaipur.

At ₹2000 a night, this place wasn't worth even ₹500. Bedbugs were all over the bed, and I checked three rooms, all of them in the same filthy state. When I raised it with the manager, he just said, “This is how it is,” and offered no solution. The stay was awful, completely unhygienic and unprofessional. I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone.
