We spent a week here as a family, but the bathroom wasn't cleaned once. It took four requests just to get water, and the reception staff were rude with a bad attitude. They also put undisclosed extra charges on our bill. Completely unprofessional, avoid this place.

The rooms were neat and clean, and the location was great, close to the pink city. Service was okay for me, neither especially good nor bad, but I had a very nice experience overall.

This is an old property. Some switches didn't work, and there were lots of roaches in the bathroom.
