Townhouse 726 Hotel All In One

I booked a couple of rooms for my sister's wedding, but found the whole hotel dirty. At least it was still like that early in the morning when I wrote this at 15:08. The room itself was dirty too, and the towels didn't seem washed. At this price, toothbrushes and toothpaste should be standard, but they were refused. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The cleanliness, amenities, and comfortable rooms made the stay pleasant in some ways. But dealing with the staff, especially the receptionist, was extremely disappointing. She was repeatedly rude and unprofessional, answered dismissively, and didn't seem willing to help. Basic courtesy and professionalism matter, and the hotel fell short. I wouldn't recommend it unless service improves. Rating: ★★☆☆☆ (2/5).

The food was a nice surprise. It may look expensive, but I thought it tasted very good, and the portions were generous. The toilets were clean and the bed was neat too. The hotel itself was very good, though at that price it needed to be. It's hard to find because there's no name or sign outside. They've recently painted it, so check the updated photos I uploaded.

The room was clean, and the quiet location was good for resting. The food was acceptable, although I thought it was quite expensive. Service let the stay down: one room service staff member was especially rude and behaved unprofessionally. That needs to improve.
