We paid online in advance through ease my trip on 10.8.2023. After taking a taxi from the airport on 11.8, we spent a long time looking for the hotel, but local people said there was no such hotel there. The hotel phone number led nowhere useful: they denied the EMT booking number and misdirected us, while people in the background laughed. We eventually had to stay at another hotel. We complained through the ease my trip app and on Twitter. EMT took a while to resolve it, but started responding after the complaints. EMT processed the booking refund on 17.8, and it reached us on 18.8. I had to give a star to get the comment page to open for what seemed like a nonexistent, fake hotel. Please don’t get caught by this scam.

There’s no hotel at the address they give. I booked through Cleartrip and am dealing with the consequences. Don’t book online. Please check the place in person first.

There’s no hotel at this location. I called, and they said they’d pick me up, but the staff member who arrived said, "foreigners cannot stay here." I couldn’t even get to the hotel. Don’t book it online.
