You can hear people outside, including the receptionist and anyone walking through the lobby, because the room has so little sound insulation. The main door and bathroom latches were broken, and no drinking water was provided. The room itself was small and unclean, with dirty sheets and blankets. The shower space and toilet were cramped together. I’ve had much better rooms and service for the same price, so this room doesn’t deserve its rating.
The room and toilet were clean, and the toilet was spacious enough. The rooms were small but well kept. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. It’s also in a good spot near the main road, with buses and taxis easy to get.
Getting here is easy and the location is good. They only offer lodging. The room shown looked spacious, but the one I got after checking in was very small. The complimentary water was room temperature; when I asked for cold water, I was told it would cost extra.
Sohail Molla provided great room service, which was the one good part of the stay. There was no hand wash or tissue in the bathroom, no kitchen service, and tea wasn’t available after 7 pm. The egg at breakfast was rotten. At checkout, the receptionist took my phone and rated the stay five stars without telling me. When I objected that a customer should give their own rating, he argued, then said the owner had told him to get a five-star rating. I’d give it 3/5.
I was very comfortable here during an emergency stay. The building is new, the rooms were neat, and the staff were very friendly. You can bring in outside food, as long as it isn’t alcoholic, for the comfort of other guests and staff. Wifi is available, and the bus stop is just a one-minute walk away. Parking is a bit tricky: your four-wheeler sits on a metal plate over a huge drain.
