Goroomgo The Moon Residency Kolkata

We couldn’t check in late at night because every address listed was wrong, and the place also goes by a different name. Nobody answered our calls or messages, so we had to stay at another hotel. A local who lived at one of those incorrect addresses eventually helped us find it. When we asked for a refund or just an extra night to make up for the one we missed, they refused. We booked through Agoda, and when we raised it there, the property told Agoda that we had checked in that night. There are cheaper places with better hospitality and some sense of decency. Don’t stay here.
