Hotel Blue Stone

The biggest problem was the lack of hot water. Even after we told staff several times, nothing was properly sorted, so we had to heat water in a kettle to bathe the kids. A kettle wasn’t provided by default either, and we only got one after asking repeatedly. The washroom was dirty and mosquitoes came into the room at night, which was especially uncomfortable with children. We had two rooms for the long weekend, 26th to 28th December, booked under Madhukar. We were charged almost ₹3,000 above the usual rate, but the facilities didn’t make up for it. The rooms were very small, and the sliding windows had no proper locks or safety grills, leaving a serious risk that someone could get in from the other side of the building. A very disappointing stay, and I wouldn’t recommend it, especially to families.

The reception team made a great first impression. They were warm, professional, courteous, and attentive, and handled our questions efficiently with clear communication. The management was friendly too, and the welcome felt smooth throughout.

Second visit to blue stone, and I still love it. The rooms were neat and green, the price was low, and anusha madam at reception gave us a grand welcome. Thank you.

Totally disappointed. The AC didn’t work, the room was badly cleaned, and the toilet wasn’t hygienic. Not suitable for families or couples. 😖
