The location isn't accurate. It's actually opposite govt girls higher secondary school on khanyar badu bagh, though being near khayam chowk is the one advantage. The geyser was difficult to operate, the staff weren't customer-friendly, and there was no bed warmer, room heater, or electric kettle. I wouldn't recommend it.
