No professionalism here. I went with my family and ended up waiting endlessly because no one came to take our order. When I asked the person at the counter about heating, they refused straight away, and there was no air conditioning either. After 10-15 minutes, someone finally took our order, but the things I wanted couldn’t be made. We eventually left. Worst experience.

The facilities and staff were superb, but the food is the real standout. They serve the best food in kashmir, and I really enjoyed it. I’m 100% satisfied with the service.

The food was the best part of our stay. Everything they served was good, and a few dishes were mind blowing. I made sure to thank the Chief Chef in person. The boys running the place were polite, genuinely friendly, and very helpful. Rooms are large, the beds are huge, and the heating was adequate. We came in a little unhappy because there’s no elevator, and I hope they update the facility with one as soon as possible.

A nice place to eat, and the rates are reasonable.
