The rooms are just okay, as you'd expect from a typical budget hotel, but I found the staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the big letdown: the complimentary buffet had only parathas with curd, boiled eggs, and what I thought was the worst poha I've ever had. I could only eat the parathas, so I'd rather have been able to skip the buffet. Three stars for that. It's probably a better fit if you're planning to eat every meal at local restaurants.

The Srinagar location worked really well, with places around the city close by. It's a small hotel, but the guests are treated so warmly, and the staff are courteous and quick with room service. My room was clean and nice. I had a wonderful stay and would like to come back.

The staff were the best part for me. They were happy to help with anything I asked, and the hotel is easy to find on the Main road near the taxi stand. The rooms are a little small but good, and the washrooms were neat and clean. I had a very good experience.

The view is urban rather than scenic, but the rooms are spacious, pretty, and comfortable. Everything we needed was available, including a bed heater and geyser, and it seemed suitable for families and couples. The staff were wonderful, and the food was great, especially the tasty dahi bread at breakfast. Dinner and breakfast also included some special Kashmiri cusinies.

The staff were always ready to help, and I had a great experience here. The food, cleanliness, room interior, amenities, and service were all excellent. I'd suggest this hotel to anyone going to srinagar.
