Hotel Su Casa by Stay Kashmir

The staff were generally polite and courteous, which we appreciated. But our stay at Hotel Su Casa was mixed. Getting to the hotel was difficult, parking was a challenge, and the rooms were only okay. They didn’t meet our expectations for comfort or cleanliness. The place has potential, but several things need improvement for a more pleasant stay.

I was staying there when the baisaran valley attack happened. The owner was very good to us, offering free lunch, extra time to stay, and free water bottles. The rooms were clean. It’s a bit on the outskirts but very close to shalimar bagh. There’s a beautiful, pocket-friendly local market outside the park too. I loved the locals.

The staff were polite, and having a medical store nearby was useful, but I regret spending so much to stay here. The rooms are small, the beds are ridiculously hard, and they smell when the bathroom exhaust is turned off. Food choices are limited, and what we tried was bland, though some dishes were far too salty. I wouldn't call it a three-star hotel.

Mehran at reception and the rest of the team were so sweet and welcoming, and the owner, Mohammed Zubair, personally looked after us when some facilities in our room weren't working. Everyone went out of their way to make things right with so much warmth and smiles. We had a lovely stay at Hotel Su Casa. I'd happily visit again when I'm in Srinagar. 💗💗💗💗
