The welcoming, friendly staff made this beautiful hotel a great place to stay. Basharat was especially supportive and friendly. I'll keep in touch with everyone there and would recommend it to others.

It felt like a home away from home, with a friendly atmosphere and vintage look. The rooms were clean, the Wi-Fi was good, and the meals tasted great. The hostel has the amenities you need, and the staff are cooperative and helpful. Management responded quickly, and problems were sorted out fast. I was very satisfied and would highly recommend staying here.

Basharat was especially kind. He even cooked for us in the middle of the night and became a friend. The staff treated us with respect, and the owner was polite too. We'd recommend the hotel to friends and family, especially because of the staff. Great job, and special thanks to Basharat.

We stayed here in September and found the property beautiful and clean, with spacious bedrooms and nice food. The staff were very helpful, and the location is right by dal lake. I'd recommend it to everyone. Thank you.
