I stayed at their Young Lake Palace Houseboat as a solo female traveller, and safety and comfort are always on my mind when I choose somewhere to stay. The staff, especially Mohammed Sareer, were very nice. He was polite and extremely helpful, even making me tea when I had a cold. The staff really go out of their way to make guests comfortable. The location also gives you a good view, and hot water is available at all times.

Every moment on Houseboat Shamus Maqbool felt like a slice of paradise. The staff gave us personal, warm hospitality, and the cuisine was delicious. With breathtaking views around us and a comfortable, well-furnished houseboat, it made for a truly enchanting, peaceful getaway. I'd highly recommend this unique stay to anyone wanting a memorable break.

The food quality was wonderful, and the staff's friendly, smiling behaviour is something I'll remember. An excellent house boat with very good services all around.
