The kindness of the staff made the stay special, especially Afridi Ji, who was polite and responsible and kept everything running smoothly. They made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. I was really impressed by the hospitality and would definitely recommend the hotel.

Tarik Sir and Tahiba were especially helpful, and everyone was very friendly. We stayed at the Saffron luxury during my trip to Kashmir, and the rooms were superb with nice hospitality. I’d strongly recommend the Saffron Hotel for couples, families, solo travelers, or groups who want to enjoy Kashmir.
