The staff were really nice and helpful, especially the boys at reception, who had good manners and skills. The rooms are so neat and clean. This is an excellent hotel, one that makes five star hotels fade away by comparison. I'd recommend it to my friends and put it at the top of my list.

Housekeeping, catering, the luxurious rooms, and the intercallaction and behaviour of staff all made this a truly unforgettable stay. Everything was perfect, and the whole team added thoughtful touches that made it special. 10 on 10, keep it up.

We had a fantastic time visiting this hotel as a family. The viewpoint was top-notch, and the room was great too. We'd love to visit again soon.
