We booked through Shining Star Travel Agency and stayed for three nights. The hotel is in the middle of the market, with tourist spots easy to reach. Staff were cooperative, the food was good, and our small rooms were clean and well managed. Heating worked well in both the rooms and the tap water. I had an excellent stay.

At Hotel City Grace, the rooms were spotless, elegant, and fitted with modern amenities. The food was delicious, with plenty of options, and whether we ate in the restaurant or ordered room service, everything arrived promptly and was presented well. Staff were courteous, attentive, and quick to help. Aatiq Bhai deserves special thanks for organizing everything so thoughtfully, from smooth check-in to personal service throughout our stay. His professionalism and care made sure we were looked after at every step. From arrival onward, the comfort and hospitality made me feel at home. I highly recommend the hotel for its accommodation and service, and I’ll remember Aatiq Bhai’s part in making the visit so memorable.

The food was delicious and came in a good variety, while housekeeping and room service were efficient and never slow. Hotel Grace is also conveniently close to important places. Our room was clean, spacious, well organized, and had everything we needed. Staff were professional and courteous throughout our visit, and the atmosphere was peaceful and warm. Aatiq was especially humble and helpful, always around when we needed support. His positive attitude made the stay even more pleasant. We had a memorable time and would choose this hotel again and recommend it to others.

We had a pleasant family stay at City Grace Hotel. The room was comfortable and clean, housekeeping did a good job, and check-in was smooth. Staff were friendly and accommodating, and room service was especially good, going above and beyond. Mr ATIQ helped make our holiday memorable. Thanks to him, and may Allah bless you, Atiq bhai. If you want a welcoming place that feels like home, come here when visiting Srinagar. We’re looking forward to coming back.
