The staff were always polite, welcoming, and ready to help, and the food was delicious. Our stay at New Sea Palace House Boats was peaceful and relaxing, with hospitality that made us feel at home. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a lovely lake view. Highly recommended for a memorable houseboat stay in Srinagar!

The food was fresh, flavorful, and prepared with care, and we really enjoyed our shikara rides with Iqbal. His friendly manner and knowledge made them even more memorable. Inayat made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. He was attentive, warm, and welcoming, and his hospitality deserves a special mention. The houseboat itself was peaceful, beautifully maintained, and impeccably clean, with a lovely mix of comfort and traditional charm. A great choice for a relaxing, authentic stay, with good food and outstanding service.

The seaplane experience was the standout for me. Seeing the water from above and landing near the houseboat felt magical, and added an exciting, adventurous element to the stay. The surroundings were calm and scenic, and the views helped me relax as soon as I arrived. The houseboat has clean, cozy rooms, modern amenities, and a charming design with traditional elegance. It was well maintained, and the staff were friendly, warm, and always willing to help. The food was fresh and flavorful too. A lovely mix of peace and excitement, whether you're after relaxation, adventure, or a romantic getaway.

Waking up to the calm lake and mountain views was so refreshing, and the quiet surroundings made the stay relaxing and enjoyable. At New Sea Palace Houseboats on Dal Lake, the staff were polite, attentive, and always willing to help. The spacious, clean rooms had lovely classic wooden interiors, blending traditional Kashmiri charm with modern comfort. We also enjoyed the delicious food, especially the authentic Kashmiri dishes. I'd recommend this place in Srinagar to families, couples, or anyone wanting a pleasant, peaceful stay and a chance to experience Dal Lake.
