The calm, peaceful atmosphere made for a relaxing stay, and our room had a breathtaking view that made mornings feel special. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and well maintained, while the food offered plenty of tasty choices. The whole staff were warm and professional, and everything showed care for guests. Check-in and checkout were quick and easy. Hotel Rozan Jaai is comfortable, with great service. I highly recommend it and will definitely return.

The hotel was peaceful and quiet, so we got fantastic sleep. Our room was spotless, modern and comfortable, with a breathtaking city view, and the amenities made it feel like a luxurious home away from home. The location was perfect, within walking distance of major attractions and central transport. Breakfast was delicious and varied. The front desk staff were welcoming and professional, and handled our requests quickly, while everyone on the team made us feel cared for. I had an amazing, stress-free stay and can't wait to come back.

At Rozan Jaai, the staff were courteous, attentive, and always ready to help. The service made the visit comfortable and enjoyable. The place was clean, with a pleasant, welcoming atmosphere. A great place that I'd recommend, and I'd love to visit again.

The food was tasty and served warm, and Mohd. Zubair looked after us really well during our winter stay. Our room had hot water, electric blankets, and an AC room heater, which made it comfortable. I’d recommend this nice hotel.
