The rooms and kitchen were clean and tidy during the three days I stayed. The staff, especially Sardarji (Akash Singh) and the helper, were very polite. The location was okay too, and at night you can really feel Kashmir's silence.

We booked this well-kept, spacious, newly built property for our family group of 11, and the stay was comfortable. The owner was welcoming and came by on the last day; we had a nice chat. Since it's in a cantonment area and the market is a little far, make sure to get groceries or meals during the daytime. There are a few caveats, but my parents liked the place and would recommend it.

Akash and Sagma were especially helpful, and the staff overall were cooperative. We enjoyed our four days there, and it was a good place for a family stay. Just check the rooms before choosing, since they’re not all alike. The owner seemed a bit manipulative, and at checkout asked us to pay a bill for the kitchen utensils, something we hadn’t been told about earlier.

Sardarji and Sangma were cooperative, and having access to a kitchen for cooking was useful, though the owner charges for the gas and utensils. The price felt very high for the services provided, so the owner should either improve them or charge less. The rooms weren’t as described or expected, and the toilets were dirty. The owner didn’t seem concerned about having them cleaned with Harpic, using detergent instead. I’ve attached photos. There was also no water from the taps in the morning, as shown in the attached video. The owner was adamant.
