Faizzy residency

I don’t recommend this hotel. The owner asked us for extra money and even asked us to cancel our online booking, then charged us more without a proper reason. The location was bad and inconvenient. There was no heater and no hot water in the room, and even though we paid in full, the service was very poor. The owner seemed more focused on money than customer satisfaction.

The room stayed impeccably maintained throughout my visit, and the lobby’s elegant décor and calm atmosphere made a good first impression. Check-in was seamless. From arrival, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. They thoughtfully provided the amenities, including high-speed Wi-Fi and housekeeping. I can confidently say the stay exceeded every expectation.

Shahzan was so polite and helpful, and quickly fixed a last-minute issue I had. You can reach out to him if you need help with your trip. The place was clean, well managed, and close to everything we needed, with really good food and a cozy, homely vibe. It’s rare to find hospitality like this these days. Definitely recommend staying here.

The coffee here was honestly the best we’ve had. We had an amazing stay, and the owner and staff were so warm, nice, and helpful that we felt at home as soon as we arrived. Their hospitality really impressed us. Highly recommend it to anyone wanting comfort, kindness, and a great experience.
