Hotel Green Snapper

The fruit custard cake was still the better choice, even though it was sweeter than I like. The tiramisu was soft and fresh, but mostly mascarpone, with too little espresso and even less biscotti. We came in hoping for an undiluted tiramisu and left disappointed. The price didn’t feel fair for the quality or portion.

At night, my parents arrived expecting a room because the hotel had confirmed one over the phone. They were then told there was no room, and nobody answered when we called back. The way they handled this felt like a scam, with no humanity at all. I hope karma catches up with them.

The staff were no help when the electricity went out from 7 pm until 1 am, more than five hours. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve had. It feels like a place for hookups or hourly use, not somewhere to stay overnight. If you’re looking for a terrible experience, give it a try.

The rooms were filthy and unhygienic, and full of mosquitoes. Every staff member seemed not to care, and management was pathetic. When the power went out, they promised it would return in an hour, but it never did. I visited two months ago for my exam and wanted to give this place negative stars.
