I spent seven days here, and the staff were cooperative and willing to help. The hotel is newly built, with working AC, geyser, lights, and WiFi. Cleanliness wasn’t maintained, though. If hygiene matters to you, you’ll have to compromise a little. With better cleanliness, this could be a good place to stay. This is my honest review.

I booked for one night because my UPSC exam centre was nearby. It was a horrible decision. Bugs in the bed kept me from sleeping, and the AC didn’t work, so I went to the exam with almost no sleep. They didn’t even have bottled drinking water. Please avoid this place.

It’s very good as hotels. I couldn’t find any specific emails or documents in your Workspace about a hotel being very good for couples. However, a search for hotels that are highly rated for couples, particularly in the Delhi NCR area, yielded some excellent options and general tips for choosing a romantic stay: Recommended Couple-Friendly Hotels in Delhi NCR

The staff were polite and professional. I had a great stay here, and the room service was good.

This didn’t feel like a hotel, more like a guest house. There were small cockroaches in every room, including on the bedsheets. The washroom wasn’t properly maintained or clean, and both it and the room smelled dirty. Staff were rude and the service was poor. There wasn’t a key for each room, so someone else could enter any room. It didn’t feel secure. The area was prostituted, and the staff too.
