The bed was good, the Deluxe Room was spacious, and breakfast was adequate. The location is nice too, but the hotel is run down and seems to have spent hardly anything on upkeep. I had Room 215 and deliberately booked a higher category for proper facilities. The shower and toilet gave me trouble every time, and repeated complaints changed nothing. Their bathroom fittings are dreadful. I won't return unless they're completely replaced. Avoid this place if you need a proper shower and toilet.

Hotel Rahman Palace is close to Aerocity and Indira Gandhi International Airport, with good road access, so it works well for transit trips or short official stays. The breakfast had a wide selection of North and South Indian food, and the front desk ma'am upgraded my room at no extra charge. Everything was clean, the staff treated me warmly, and the security felt very strong, so I felt safe right away. As a woman traveling alone, I was nervous because of the bad reputation of Delhi Aerocity hotels, but I'm glad I chose this one. If you're hesitating, I recommend it.

The reception staff were rude and seemed not to care. The room itself looked okay and the bed was comfortable, but the shower had only cold water, the walls were damp, there was no ventilation, and it was very noisy at night. The lobby and reception look flashy and sleek when you arrive, but the rest was dreadful. I wouldn't recommend it or stay here again.

Yogesh and Ankur were friendly, honest, and very helpful throughout our two-day stay. They gave sincere service without expecting anything in return, and are a real asset to the hotel. Hotel Rahman Palace is also very convenient, close to Delhi International Airport. Highly recommended. , Jay T. & Suman
