They charged full price despite providing no real services. The AC wasn't working, even though we paid for an AC room, and they kept saying there was no electricity all day. The TV and tube light didn't work either. Staff were impossible to talk to and acted like bullies. They charged too much for everything. Worst hotel I've ever seen.
Don't stay here. It's a terrible place.
