I booked in a hurry, and the reality was nowhere near the impression from the reels. The beds smelled, the place was filthy, and the staff were rude. I later saw all the bad reviews, where Oyo had promised improvements, but nothing had changed from what I experienced. I don’t trust Oyo anymore, and it feels outdated. I’d rather sleep by the roadside than stay there. I’d never recommend it, and it was the worst hotel I’ve seen.

The bathrooms were filthy, including the common ones I checked, and cockroaches came out of the bed. I asked staff 4-5 times to change the dirty sheets, but they never did. I booked through Agoda, but on arrival staff said the booking wasn’t confirmed. After a lot of back and forth, they gave me a room and charged another ₹300 as taxes, which seemed unfair and suspicious. It was a horrible stay. I’d avoid the place unless they seriously improve cleanliness, honesty, and customer service.

The room and washroom are poorly maintained, as the photos here show. There wasn’t a TV either. Not a good experience.

Don’t rely on the pictures on Google or booking apps. The rooms were very dirty, the washbasin was unhygienic, and the flush didn’t work. They don’t keep even basic hygiene, and my experience was very bad.

The room was unacceptable, and the air conditioner wasn’t working. I also had to pay extra fees when I arrived, even though I’d booked through Oyo. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever encountered. I strongly advise against staying here, and if it were my only option, I’d rather sleep outdoors.
