We had a terrible stay for a family wedding in February 2020. Almost every room we booked had the same problem: the geyser didn’t work in the cold weather. I had booked around 12 rooms, and even after staff knew about the issue, they kept assigning those rooms to newly arriving guests. They didn’t even keep track of which guest had which room. When we raised the problem, the staff were extremely disrespectful and said they couldn’t guarantee that basic amenities would work. The service was poor, and I’d never recommend this place. It doesn’t deserve even one star.

We couldn’t stay even two hours before switching hotels. The sheets and walls had stains, the bathrooms weren’t clean, and the staff were unprofessional. The rooms also didn’t look like the pictures. Such a bad place to choose. If zero stars were an option, that’s what I’d give.

Oyo 9999 has a great atmosphere and facilities, and the people there were fantastic and very professional. The stay was extremely good, and the quality was wonderful. It’s above the Renault showroom. I paid 2500₹. The food was a little pricey, but that was alright. Thanks for the stay.

The food was tasty, and there was a fridge in the room, but the place was dirty and unhygienic. There were stains on the wall, a broken mirror, spider webs in the corners, and an unclean blanket.

The door lock didn’t work properly, and staff were rude when responding. They didn’t provide water bottles, towels, soap, or other bathing supplies. The water heater was broken too, so the hospitality was really bad.
