The pictures on OYO's website are fake. When I checked in, I found cigarette packets in the refrigerator, and both the TV screen and furniture were broken. I asked to change rooms, but the receptionist said there were no vacant rooms and I'd have to stay there. With no other option, I checked out just 4-5 hours after arriving. It was the worst OYO hotel I've stayed at.

The food was very oily and the portions were tiny. In the room, there was no television, the lighting was poor, and cleaning was awful, with spiderwebs everywhere. The bedsheet was dirty, there was no tissue or toilet paper, and the bathroom had no geyser.

I had already paid online in the OYO app, but at the hotel reception I was told they didn't accept OYO bookings or any online payment. I had no other option, so I paid cash there too. Worst hotel I've ever seen.

The rooms are big enough for around 7-8 people at a time, so it's a good place for a house party. Couples can also use it as a safe, clean hideout. The reception was nice and kind too.

The room didn't look like the photos, and the place was unhygienic. It was a terrible experience, and it left me feeling like OYO's service is getting worse day by day.
