The food was fresh, good quality, and satisfying, and the staff were respectful, welcoming, and professional throughout our stay as a couple. Hotel DD, Alambagh is in a prime spot, just a 2 minute walk from Alambagh Metro Station, so getting around is convenient. A pleasant experience overall. It's a comfortable, convenient choice for couples or other travelers looking to stay near the metro, with good service and decent food. I'd definitely recommend it for a short stay in Alambagh.

I had a terrible experience. The AC wouldn't work, so I kept sweating. MMT is just doing business without any visiting. Hotel staff said, “Should I make the AC work for you when it isn't working?” The staff were rude.

The AC was broken, and the room needs refurbishing. The rooms weren't clean, and the bedsheet was stained. They also don't provide complimentary water bottles, which is normal.

I stayed there for 8 days, and the service was awesome. The food and catering were the best. Order something and delicious food is in front of you within 10 minutes. Awesome hotel.

The room rates seem a bit high for what's offered. There's no complimentary water or toiletries, and the towels were old and not very clean. Breakfast tasted good but had very few options. The hotel is well maintained, though, and the staff are courteous and helpful. Being close to Alambagh Metro Station, with lots of restaurants and shops nearby, is a big plus. A decent stay overall, but amenities and value for money need improvement.
