My overnight trip had already left me tired, and I just needed somewhere to rest. Instead, when I arrived at 11am, the receptionist couldn't find my booking ID and said I'd have to pay extra even if it appeared. He told me the hotel had stopped accepting Agoda bookings and that I should cancel and seek a refund from Agoda. He also said the owner had rejected bookings under 300 rupees, and I could pay more or complain wherever I wanted. This is an OYO-listed property that allows third-party bookings through Agoda, so the whole situation was incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. After reading other reviews, I saw people describing this as a regular practice. Please look into the complaints about the hotel's business. Why has nothing been done despite so many reports? I want a prompt response and my refund.

The place looked nothing like the photos. My room was dirty, with spider webs, filthy sheets, and a dreadful toilet. There wasn't even drinking water, and the receptionist was disrespectful. I had booked a single room through OYO for one night before an exam. Since I arrived late, my only option was to pay extra for another room. I would've given less than one star if I could. Please don't book here.

I had an exam the next morning and barely slept. Traffic noise came straight in from the road, and someone knocked on the hotel's main door at 2 am. Staff didn't bother answering. The room had spider webs on the pillow and sheets, and the bathroom was awful too. The woman there was ill-mannered. Every time you go out, she'll tell you to bring something back to eat. The boy had booked a room for himself online.

The OYO pictures are misleading. Both rooms I saw had a nonworking flush and a very cramped bathroom, and the hotel had no water. I asked to switch rooms, but the replacement had the same issues. I took a picture there and can attach it. As I was leaving, the owner took my phone and gave his hotel a five-star rating. That's why, according to him, the OYO ratings look good.

This felt like a total scam. The room they showed me on arrival hadn't been cleaned, and the owners insisted no others were available. They told me to cancel and choose “plan changed,” even after I repeatedly explained I'd be charged if I cancelled myself. OYO then kept the full cancellation charge and refunded just 31/-. They accept prepaid bookings, then pressure guests to cancel from their side so the owners keep the money and the customer gets almost nothing. Never book here.
