I paid in full at check-in, but staff still kept demanding extra money without giving any valid reason. The management felt completely unprofessional, like a scam. The hygiene and upkeep were terrible, and the bedsheets clearly hadn’t been cleaned. I was staying alone but still had serious concerns about privacy, especially for couples, and didn’t feel the place was safe. The online photos don’t match what you get. I strongly advise against booking here.

After paying, all I could do was regret staying. The service was awful, the place unhygienic and unprofessional, the beds uncomfortable, and the TV didn’t work. There were condoms in the room too. I don’t know if the man was the owner, but he tried to manipulate me into staying. When I asked for the Wi-Fi password, he took my phone and started typing. I thought he was entering the password, but instead he opened Google Maps and gave himself and this poor hotel five stars. When I asked for my phone back, he refused. Where was my privacy? Please don’t go there.

The toilet was so filthy we couldn’t go into the washroom, and we suffered badly. My wife was vomiting. The only good thing was the receptionist, who was very humble. Everything else was like hell. I never want to go back. Please avoid this place.

For five or six hundred rupees, what more can you expect? The staff were humble and helpful, and it’s a budget hotel. The room was decent, but the bathroom and toilet were unhygienic. Cell service didn’t work inside the room, though Wi-Fi was available. Otherwise, everything was 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

The staff were good and the service was great, and being barely a kilometer from Charbagh railway station is a real plus. You can walk or take an auto. But the room was small and not fully furnished, the bathroom had continuous water leakage, and there was no toilet seat. It was a good experience, but if you’re paying Rs 500 or more for a hotel, book somewhere else. It isn’t worth the money.
