Rooms are well equipped, but I’d suggest spending the day at the theme park and heading to Lucknow for the night instead of staying at this hotel. It’s in a secluded village area, and electricity goes off and comes back every 30-40 minutes. There’s only one restaurant on the property, with no other place to eat within a 20 km radius, and room service asks for cash in advance for food orders. Staff service and response are very slow.

At checkout, I didn’t even get the breakfast that was included. The room they gave me also wasn’t the one shown in the photos, which I hadn’t expected. Check-in was late too. I reached half an hour late, but they still made me wait another half hour.
2/10
Bad experience overall. There are only two rides, and it’s always too crowded for them. Neither ride is very high, and the waves in the water aren’t very good either. The staff are rude, and complaints about them don’t lead to any action.
