The bathroom wasn’t cleaned well, and the rooms need an upgrade. There was just one charging port, and even that didn’t work properly.

Charbagh railway and metro stations are about 800-950 m away, Hazratganj city centre is roughly 3 km away, and the airport is a 20-25 minute cab ride. Deluxe rooms typically cost around ₹2,000-3,000 a night through OTAs. It’s listed as a budget 2-3 star hotel, with AC rooms, TV, basic WiFi or internet, room service, laundry, and an on-site restaurant for Indian and Mughlai food. It’s also used as a small banquet or conference venue for 50-100 guests.

It’s a decent hotel with average rooms, service, and food. The area is busy and close to most of Lucknow’s prime locations, though the roads leading to the hotel are narrow.

I go there for meetings, and things are pretty decent. I’d suggest improving the food quality and portions a little, especially so we don’t have to stand waiting with our plates in hand.
