The staff were very good, but the location shown on Google Maps is wrong. They also stick strictly to OYO’s standard check-in and check-out times.

The hotel toilets were worse than public ones. There was no water, and the room wasn’t hygienic. Kasturi Palace was a waste of money.

The room felt decades old, like something from the 1980s or 90s. Also, the Google listing puts the hotel in the wrong place, about 4 km away from where it actually is.

The staff were very good, and it’s a good place to stay.

Useless. Don’t book this hotel. Their policy doesn’t match the government’s!
